What we collect
When you send an enquiry or book a demo, we collect:

- anything you write in your message
Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it and why
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To keep the website secure, including blocking spam and automated abuse. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our services.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We use these service providers, who process information on our behalf:
- Web3Forms receives the details you enter in our enquiry form and emails them to our team.
- hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) checks that enquiry forms are sent by a person, not an automated program.
- Cloudflare, Inc. provides DNS for our domains.
The website itself runs on a server we manage. Where information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you unless you become a customer.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email info@synapticsynergy.com.
