Do we need a CRM or ERP to use Quoterly?
No. Quoterly works on its own, with your companies, products and price lists held in Quoterly. Connecting a CRM or ERP adds to it; it is never required.
Which systems does Quoterly connect to?
The first connectors are being built for SuperOffice and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. More are planned, and we would like to hear which systems you use.

What happens to a quote if prices change in our ERP?
Nothing changes on the quote. Each line records the price, discount, VAT rate and description as they were when it was added, so a quote always shows what was actually offered.
How is our data kept separate?
Each customer’s data is held in its own separate database, and access inside Quoterly follows the roles and permissions you set for your team.
